Field Trips
Field trips are designed to reinforce topics and ideas learned in the classroom. They provide unique experiences to build on student learning. Culturally enriching field trips enable students to make connections to other educational fields, gain first-hand experiences and understand concepts on a deeper level. Field trips give students opportunities to explore beyond the confines of the classroom setting.

Oratorical Contest
An oratorical contest is a public speaking competition giving students an opportunity to speak to an audience on a prescribed topic. The general purpose is to inform, persuade, exhort, and develop deeper knowledge of the topic. The topic for the 2023: “How can I be an agent of peace in times of unrest? “
The winner of the the contest goes on to the state round and gets a chance to say their speech in front of the church congregation on Children’s Sunday.
